🛡️ Sanctions & denied-party screening
Accounts are screened against the U.S. Treasury OFAC SDN list at signup, at listing publish, and at offers. A match pauses the account/listing for human review before anything transacts. Limit: SDN is the core OFAC list — sectoral and BIS Entity-List screenings layer on as partners land.
✈ Export-control awareness (ITAR/EAR)
Listings are keyword-scanned for military provenance, ordnance hardware, and export-sensitive avionics; flagged records carry an export notice on their record page. Flags are awareness prompts — not legal determinations; confirm with DDTC/BIS or counsel.
🧾 Taxes & 1099s
Aircraft sales tax is governed by the states involved; Hangarville does not collect tax unless a feature explicitly says so, and estimated tax context is labeled. When provider payouts through Hangarville begin, statutory 1099-K/NEC forms will be issued at thresholds.
♿ Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
Keyboard operability, screen-reader labels, contrast-checked surfaces, visible focus states across web and the installable app. Report barriers at accessibility@clearprop.imwirefree.com — fixed within a week.
🔒 Privacy requests (GDPR/CCPA)
Self-service export and deletion in Profile → Your data. Deletion purges personal rows and pseudonymizes shared history. We never sell or share personal information. Verified by challenge to the account email.
📄 Record retention
Sessions 90 days; analytics 12 months then aggregated; support/audit 24 months; transaction skeletons pseudonymized for legal defense. Full schedule in the privacy policy.
